Home Invasion Project Update December, 2020

Thank you for ordering “Home Invasion: The Rise of Surveillance Society.”

If you have not yet read my current Email Update Newsletter released today, then please take a moment and access it here. Once you do, the rest of this letter will become clearer.

With all of the additional difficulties that 2020 has brought, a major dismay is that since I have been spread so thinly by the added responsibilities stemming from Melanie's health struggle, I have not made significant progress in completing the Home Invasion documentary. I’m certainly cognizant that my lack of communication with you concerning this has not been good. Frankly, it has been impossible to predict how soon the project would be completed.

No one is more concerned and frustrated with the delay in finishing Home Invasion than am I. As you may recall, the scope of the project grew substantially over time. While I believe that the expansion was warranted, every moment added to the length of the documentary meant more time spent in researching, recording, editing and post-production. I’m now in the process of researching and rewriting the last 1/3 of the project.

As with so many areas of life right now, the enormity and scope of COVID-19 has injected another dynamic into the actual content of Home Invasion that we could never have foreseen. The reality of the pandemic itself has presented a particular challenge for me in rethinking and reconstructing the remainder of this video presentation so as to be as relevant as possible for those who will watch it.

The DVD cover artwork/design was completed and a large quantity printed several months ago. Several hundred copies of disk 1 of the project have been duplicated and are ready and waiting as well. However, none of this, including all of my past good intentions, finishes the documentary. Only uninterrupted time and effort will do that. But I am finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel, Praise the Lord!

Regardless, I believe we should offer you a couple of options.

First, if you are amiable to continue to wait for the completion of Home Invasion you needn’t respond concerning this. Thanks for your patience!

In fairness to those who have waited for the project to be completed and the disks to be sent out, I want to again extend my sincere apologies and offer you a complete refund, if you so desire. Please click here to email me personally and I’ll take care of it.

Regardless of whether you choose either of these options, you will still be able to access the segments of Home Invasion that are available online.

Sometimes in a case like this, the passing of time can erode trust. I pray this has not shaken your faith and trust in us. Had I had any inkling that our personal trials would have caused the delays that have occurred I simply would never have offered the Home Invasion project before it was completed.
